東北関東大震災に対するPIANC本部のメッセージなど 今般の大震災に際し、PIANC本部事務局からお見舞いのメッセージ（A）並びにPIANCホームページにはお見舞いの言葉（B）が掲載されていますのでお知らせします。 そのほか、PIANC-Japan宛てのお見舞いのメッセージはドイツ首席代表、RecCom委員長とメンバー、インド国内部会事務局長からも届いています。 それぞれのメッセージに対してはお礼のメール等を発出しています。 (A) Dear Yasu, Dear members of the Japanese Section of PIANC, On Behalf of the whole PIANC family, especially on behalf of PIANC HQ, I sincerely want to express my deepest feelings of sympathie with all families and country members hit by this huge disastre. We all hope that the personal losses are as much limited as possible and please inform us about any kind of help PIANC can provide. Together with you, we really do hope a very quick recovery of the region hit by the earthquake. Please transmit this message also to Mr. Hiroshi Hayashida.
